We'll send you a Zoom link after you book your session. Use this Zoom link to connect with you coach during your appointment. Feel free to use the video feature on Zoom or the just the audio if you prefer. Once you confirm your appointment, we'll also send you a questionnaire. Use this questionnaire to help your coach prepare for the session. For example, if you want to practice behavioral questions, note that in the questionnaire and your coach will prepare content accordingly.
Our coaches have one goal: to help you land offers. Whether you want personalized help preparing for your first round interview or want to work with your coach to critique your 30-60-90 day plan, we are here to help you.
Definitely not. For example: if you buy 3 hours, you can do 1 hour per week for 3 weeks. You can also do 3 hours in a single day. You can even use them with different coaches. Send us an email at team@breakingintodevice.com and we can arrange the sessions to fit into your schedule.

You and your coach can cover any topic that you would like. Our coaches are well versed in all facets the medical device sales interview process. Coaching topics include: review of your 30-60-90 day plan, what to expect on the ride along, resume walk through, behavioral mock-interviews, etc.
Yes, you can cancel your session and receive a full refund if you provide 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule the session, please email us at team@breakingintodevice.com at least 24 hours before.
If you do not show up for your session or are 15 minutes late, you will not get a refund. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can do so by giving us a 24 hour notice by emailing team@breakingintodevice.com.
